Mindfulness Drop-in Class

This one-hour class will introduce students to the practice of meditation and how to bring mindfulness into one's daily life. Each class is both informative and experiential; light-hearted in practice but serious in learning.

@ Eastlake Fitness, 2228 Eastlake Ave East, Suite C
8-9pm (Tuesdays 10/17 and 10/24 only - after that the 6 week course begins)

  • please arrive 10-15 minutes early;
  • wear comfortable clothing and layers are recommended to be able to adjust for warmth or cold, the room should be kept at 70 degrees
  • chairs and cushions/mats are provided
