Mindfulness for Everyday Life (Sat, Oct. 7, 2-4pm)

This two-hour workshop will introduce students to the practice of meditation and how to bring mindfulness into one's daily life. The workshop will be both informative and experiential; light hearted in practice but serious in learning. Participants who want to go on to the 6-week class at InsideOut Yoga will get $40 off the cost of that course.
