EASTLAKE FITNESS

This workshop will provide the fundamental ingredients for bringing mindfulness into your life. This will include basic seated meditation (cushions provided) and instruction on mindful talking and listening, mindful eating, and mindful movement. The workshop will provide an intimate - max enrollment 10 people - opportunity to practice as a group and discuss difficulties.
